Our green flame sauce is our hottest yet! Its ‘raw, live and unpasteurised’ and is quite a different proposition to a cooked chilli sauce. We make it by fermenting the individual ingredients, then pureeing, blending and sieving to a smooth perfection.
Ingredients: serrano chilli, scotch bonnet chilli, green peppers, fermented tomato liquor, garlic, white white vinegar, sea salt, gluten free xanthan gum. (no allergens)
