Blended black tea
Blended in-house using our own recipe. The teas used in its production are not single estate, but produced from feeder farms to a central tea production factory. It is our own take on the traditional street vendor recipe, where they steep the Chai for hours on end, before adding hot frothy milk and large quantities of sugar.
The black tea is blended with whole and milled spices; ginger, cardamom, cloves, chicory root and black pepper. It has a full, malty and well spiced flavour. Can be served with or without milk. This blend is produced using a fine leaf tea, as well as milled spices to provide a faster infusion.
